With his routine daily visits to the diner, it was inevitable that Pete would eventually find himself applying for work there. Reason for employment? To improve the quality of the coffee, because no diner coffee should be so pitiful and served cold. And if he can spare the extra time, he might even do some of the cooking out back, having quite a skill when it comes to fresh and satisfying breakfast meals. Also serves as unintentional eyecandy.

More of a smaller side business, Pete Castiglione is the town's local and currently only known professional handyman. What had begun as a subtle advertisement on a falsified profile, eventually led to a frequency of calls for home repair that he's now turned into a smaller business opportunity that in turns allows him to visit various locations in town without suspicion for the purposes of information gathering and investigation of shady activity.

The most unintentional job of all, though only known to a few, Pete was actually a father to two children once, and while an unfortunate accident had led to their loss, it's granted him the experience in knowing how to take care of kids. There's little known reason as to why the wild youth of the town seem to draw themselves to him, but he's taken the responsibility of caring for those without parental guidance, teaching them skills or simply keeping them out of trouble.
